CELEBRATE NYE AT BUNDOBUST

Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Bundobust. The Indian Street Food and Craft Beer fanatics are hosting Bottomless Brunch for those looking to party in the day, with both the Brewery in Manchester and OG Leeds venue open ‘til late for a NYE Party.
THE BRUNCH
Bundo does Bottomless Brunch. Yes, you read that right… for the very first time we’re setting our alarms a couple of hours earlier and opening for brunch service across Leeds, Piccadilly, Liverpool and Birmingham.
Wait! Isn’t Bottomless Brunch lots of prosecco and not much in the way of food….? Not at Bundobust! Mayur and Gopi have been working away in the kitchen putting Desi spins on brunch classics. We’re talking Bircher Oats made with Bundo’s Mango Lassi, our twist on a New York Bodega egg sando, and Mayur’s Mum’s baked beans and more.
THE FOOD
Bundobust are inviting guests to build their own brunch, with their ticket including any three dishes from the brunch menu. Choose from Bundo Classics alongside all new brunch dishes.
Mayur’s Mum’s Beans see Bundobust get their hands on co-founder, Mayur Patel’s, mum’s signature Desi beans recipe. Onion, green chilli, asafoetida, mustard seed, cumin, are slow cooked into Heinz’s finest.
Desi Rarebit is a Bundo twist on the popular British dish. Toasted sourdough is spread with fiery tomato achaar and a two-cheese sauce, before being grilled until bubbling and topped with Hendos.
Kichdi is the dish that inspired kedgeree. Fried rice with spices and green chilli, topped with smokey BBQ mushrooms, black salt, and tarka.
For those looking for something a little lighter Bundo have put their own spin on overnight oats. Mango Lassi Bircher sees oats soaked overnight in mango lassi and pulp before being topped with banana, pistachio and pomegranate, and finished with a drizzle of chai syrup.
Massala Omelette Pav is Bundo’s nod to the New York bodega egg & cheese sando. Spiced omelette layered up with American cheese and a dollop of Bloody Mary ketchup.
Uttapam & Sambhar is a thick, fluffy & spiced lentil & rice flour pancake flecked with broccoli, green beans and spinach. Served with sambhar soup and coconut chutney for dipping.
Classic Bundo dishes are also available: Paratha & Thepla, Okra Fries, Bhel Puri, Egg Bhurj.
THE DRINKS
The Bottomless Brunch ticket (£30) includes three brunch pots alongside 90 minutes of bottomless drinks. Choose from Bundobust Brewery beers on tap, house wine & fizz, and selected cocktails.
Not drinking? Bundo have got you! Alcohol free tickets (£25) are available which entitle you to a range of drinks including house chai, mango lassi, our alcohol free cocktail range and soda pop.
On kid duty but still want to celebrate? Bundo venues are always family friendly and NYE is no different. Snap up a kids’ ticket (£10) and we’ll serve up a brunch feast including mini pots of brunch dishes and homemade chapatis. Kids’ tickets are suitable for 12 years and under.
Bundobust Brunch runs from 10am – 3pm on 31st December at Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester Piccadilly and Liverpool.
NYE PARTY
Join Bundobust at Leeds and Bundobust Brewery to ring in the New Year in style with their NYE Party!
From 9pm – 1am DJs will be playing spicy beats from around the world including jazz, Bollywood, old school hip hop, ambient house and funk.
Bundobust’s kitchen will be serving up a Late Night Remix Menu from 9pm ’til late including Sprout Bhajis (£5.50) and Vada Pav (£7) alongside two new dishes Paneer Donner Wrap (£7.50) and Massala Fries (£5).
The Paneer Donner Wrap sees Bundo’s grilled paneer and mushroom tikka wrapped in a fresh bhatura flatbread with all the salad and sauces. Served with a kebab shop chilli on the side.
Massala Fries are a Bundo first. Crispy fries are tossed in garlic and chilli tarka before being drenched in Desi ketchup and vegan curry leaf mayo. Topped with spring onion and bhaji bits.
Party drinks will be flowing all night with cocktails, beers from Bundobust Brewery and fizz.
