Bringing indie to the high street

Opening on Saturday 28th October, Curated Makers will be taking up a unit too – a retail concept offering local indie makers and artists a spot to sell on the high street. More than 40 small businesses will be offering everything from homeware to candles, clothing to artwork, from the new pop-up.

Victoria Leeds will also be hosting Tyro Studios Workshops, with mall workshops on Wreaths and Baubles too.

A personal service

A new Guest Excellence Service has been launched following a seven-week intense training course to offer a new personalised service to help Victoria Leeds guests make their experience extra special and spread joy. Tasked with greeting guests, helping with navigation, letting shoppers in on secret offers from premium retailers and offering hands-free shopping. The team will also be making shoppers feel extra-special, handing out complimentary treats, as random acts of kindness this festive season!

Jo Coburn, Senior General manger said:

“We’re going all out this year, decking the halls with our biggest Christmas lighting installation to date. It’s a fantastic way to end the year and welcoming even more new retailers to Victoria Leeds feels extra special this year, as Victoria Gate will be full for the first time since opening!
