Gino D’Acampo, Boar Lane, Leeds, to Launch on April 14th

Gino D’Acampo has announced he will open the doors to his much-anticipated new restaurant – Gino D’Acampo, Boar Lane, Leeds, on April 14th.
Reservations for the upmarket Italian restaurant and bar, located at the recently refurbished Leeds Marriott Hotel, open today with Gino D’Acampo offering breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and cocktails until late.
Designed by acclaimed international restaurant designer Bernard Carroll, guests will arrive to a beautiful reception area before entering the bar lounge and 160-seated open plan restaurant. Here features an impressive marble bar, cicchetti counter complete with a vast brass pizza oven, and deli, where guests can see a wide selection of authentic Italian produce. An outdoor heated terrace invites the arrival of spring.
The first CGI’s revealed today provide a taste of what diners can expect with striking statement wallpaper, white-washed brickwork, rich fabrics, brass finishings, and boat rope woven pendant lighting making for a glamorous and opulent setting.
Leading the kitchen will be Head Chef Emanuele Diana, overseen by Gino’s Executive Head Chef.
Designed personally by Gino and his esteemed team of chefs, the menu will be fitting for the venue, encompassing classic Italian dishes with a focus on quality and ingredient provenance.
Split into ten sections guests will be able to enjoy a generous choice of cicchetti and sharing plates; antipasti; carpaccio and tartare; insalata; pasta and risotto; dal mare; bistecca; dalla terra; pizza Napoletana; and contorni dishes. All encompass vegan and vegetarian options with every dietary requirement catered for. A separate dolci menu provides a sweet finish to the occasion.
The drinks menu, curated by Gino’s expert sommeliers, will feature an extensive list of classic and signature cocktails, Italian and international wines, Prosecco, Franciacorta, spirits and artisan beers, with Gino promising to raise the bar for Italian dining in the culinary city.
Speaking on the imminent opening, Gino D’Acampo said: “I couldn’t be more pleased to announce my new premium Italian restaurant and bar will open in Leeds this April 14th. It’s looking absolutely incredible and I cannot wait to invite you to join me in experiencing it for yourself.”

Catering to every dining need, the restaurant will be open all day, every day for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner until late, with guests of the hotel also able to enjoy in-room dining prepared by the restaurant.
The opening heralds the first of a number of new signings for Gino D’Acampo Hotels & Leisure, further to Gino striking a partnership with global hotel leaders Marriott Bonvoy and Hamilton-Pyramid Europe.
The project sees an overall investment of £2m in the iconic building with 52 jobs created.
