Leeds VIP Cocktail Week launch party set to kickstart a double celebration
24th July 2026
Excitement is building as Leeds Cocktail Week prepares to kick off their second year with an exclusive launch party, bringing together leading bartenders, hospitality professionals, media and influencers for a first taste of the city’s biggest celebration of cocktails before the 10 day-long event begins.
The launch party will take place at CrowdedHouse from 7pm on July 31 on a first come, first served basis, bringing together guests for an evening of cocktails, entertainment and a first look at what’s in store for this year’s event.
VIP invited guests will be welcomed with a selection of complimentary cocktails crafted using premium spirits from event drinks sponsors el Jimador Tequila and Cointreau orange liqueur, showcasing the quality and creativity that cocktail lovers can expect throughout the event, as well as beautiful sights from the venue’s chic rooftop bar with a backdrop of sounds from their vinyl DJ.
The evening will be a double celebration, marking CrowdedHouse’s first birthday while also celebrating the launch of the new Cointreau Spicy. Guests will be among the first to sample the latest innovation from the iconic orange liqueur brand, alongside a selection of complimentary cocktails.
Party guests will enjoy a collated VIP cocktail menu featuring an Original Margarita using Cointreau Unique and El Jimador and the iconic Spicy Margarita shaken up with brand new Cointreau Spicy.
CrowdedHouse’s signature drink for the entirety of the 10-day event is The Summerhouse, blending Dutch Barn vanilla vodka, melon liqueur, orgeat syrup and lemon juice. Or opt for their mocktail alternative, Orchard Stroll. Both priced at £5.
Leeds Cocktail Week will bring together 54 of the city’s leading bars, restaurants and hospitality venues for a 10-day celebration of cocktails, food and nightlife.
Participating venues will also include well-known names such as The Alchemist, Banyan, Jake’s Bar & Still Room, Chaophraya, Manahatta, Electric Shuffle, Power Corruption & Lies, Blackhouse and Flight Club to name a few.
The event is brought to the city by M.ad Agency, organisers of Cocktail Week events across the UK. Director Alice Christison added she’s thrilled to open celebrations at CrowdedHouse.
“I’m over the moon to bring our iconic launch party to CrowdedHouse. Guests can expect a top-class evening with premium drinks, great atmosphere and celebrations galore. I would encourage everyone to grab some tickets for the best summer event in the city.”
Wristbands grant access to all £5 – £7 cocktails during the event, along with additional offers, including other cocktails and food, at selected venues.
