Duke of Wellington
Escape from the hectic pace of modern life by savouring our delicious food from a variety of menus. The Duke at East Keswick is an old fashioned rural pub and restaurant which has recently undertaken a brand new face lift.
Your hosts, Martin & Bev, offer a warm welcome to all, providing seriously good food, using only local ingredients cooked well and a noteworthy selection of drinks. Specialties include local seasonal Game (Wild Duck, Pheasant and Partridge), Beef aged for 28 days and vegetables that were still in the ground an hour ago!
Our head chef, native to New Zealand, offers inspiration for those who wish to sample a mouth-watering dish that tastes as good as it looks!
The Duke’s aim is to offer a relaxed and friendly service providing an experience that is enjoyable and great value without the formality. Four cask beers are available and an eclectic and concise wine list from around the world which will compliment your meal.
