Simcha Gallery
We are both a contemporary craft gallery and the working studio of jewellery designer Stephen Roper and textile artist Anne Roper.
Stephen has been making contemporary silver and gold jewellery for over 15 years. His collections are inspired by nature, and explore organic textures and forms. He undertakes commissions, including unique Wedding, Engagement and commitment rings. He will also upcycle your own unworn jewellery into a fresh new design.
Clothing accessories, art cards, mixed media artworks and jewellery are all made by Anne in the gallery. She loves multi-layered colours and textures, combining metallic threads, paint, embroidery, felt and crochet. Anne was one of the original stallholders in 1970’s Camden Lock, and supplied London stores including Liberty and Selfridges.
Ceramics by leading UK designer makers are also stocked in the gallery.
