Pete Whittaker – Arctic Ascent
World-renowned big-wall and crack-climber, Pete Whittaker, takes audiences deep into the heart of remote East Greenland for a raw look at the 2024 first ascent of Ryu-shin on the towering 1,200-metre Mirror Wall. Following weeks of stormy sailing, glacier treks, and personal tragedy before even setting foot on the rock, Pete and his team pushed the boundaries of ground-up big wall climbing.
Expect an authentic story of world-class commitment, uncertainty, humour, and triumph in one of the planet’s most unforgiving environments.
