Curator Talk: The Power of Community
Get behind the scenes of Where Magic Grows with the people who brought it to life.
Join our Community Co-Producer, Ezra Kingston, for a deeper dive into our latest exhibition, Where Magic Grows. Discover how community voices, ideas and experiences helped shape the exhibition and find out what sparked our team’s curiosity along the way.
What to expect:
– A guided tour of Where Magic Grows
– A behind-the-scenes talk exploring the objects, design, research and ideas that shaped the exhibition
– A Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and hear insights directly from the team.
– Time to explore the rest of the museum at your own pace
From plants and medicine to folklore, art and storytelling, each Curator Talk offers a fresh perspective on the exhibition and the many ways we connect with the natural world.
More in the Series:
Art and Tales with Jioni Warner: Wednesday 7th October
Objects, Stories and Curation with Jack Gann: Wednesday 9th December
Where Magic Grows is co-produced with five young curators and created by artist Helen Brook. This exhibition is in collaboration with the RHS, the UK’s gardening charity, helping people and plants to grow.
