A Fusion of Street Food Favourites Arrive at Trinity Kitchen
31st March 2026
Trinity Kitchen is back with an unbeatable new line-up of mouth-watering dishes. From bold fusion flavours to crowd-pleasing classics including Pan-Asian fried chicken and traditional poutine, this latest drop is set to put smiles upon faces.
Guests can sample some of Trinity Kitchen’s favourites, including Jimmy Macks, Luigi Street Food Italiano, Spuds & Bro’s, Wagyu Lookin’ At? and Yoi Fried Chicken, from today (Monday 30th March), as the latest street food line-up lands in the heart of Leeds.
Yoi Fried Chicken will serve up vibrant and ultra delicious bao buns with crispy Pan-Asian fried chicken and coated in a creamy sauce, topped with crunchy garnishes to bring satisfaction in every bite. Guests can also indulge in burgers bursting with authentic Asian sauces and paired perfectly with hot and fluffy fries.
Bringing Yorkshire Wagyu burgers to the table is Wagyu Lookin’ At? delivering its take on smashed wagyu patties, packed full of flavour, as well as their popular dirty loaded fries and 12-16 hour smoked meats – taking comfort food to another level. Now completely gluten-free, this is one not to be missed.
Fan favourite Jimmy Macks is also returning – the ultimate destination for dreamy tacos cooked slow and to perfection. Tantalising taste buds with tender meats that perfectly complement their iconic dipping sauce, guests can also devour their loaded fries which come in a variety of flavours from Korean BBQ brisket to a lemon and herb dressing.

Serving up their take on Italian favourites is Luigi Street Food Italiano. Featuring its showstopping slow-cooked beef ragu, bechamel and parmesan lasagne, alongside their classic savory focaccia sandwich with the choice of slow-cooked pulled pork, grilled chicken caesar or a vegetarian classic, caprese, it’s one not to be missed.
Spuds & Bro’s makes the perfect treat for those looking for authentic Canadian poutine, with a range of toppings from fried chicken, pulled pork and smoky bacon all drizzled in home-made gravy and served on a bed of freshly cut skin-on fries, with veggie and vegan options also available to enjoy.
Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “This spring, we’re celebrating a vibrant mix of returning favourites and much-loved flavours. Guests can choose from comforting classics to crowd-pleasing finds.
“Trinity Kitchen is the perfect spot to catch up with friends and family and enjoy a wonderful selection of food under one roof. With our latest arrival Jerk Junction due to open very soon, Trinity Kitchen is the place to be this spring.”
