Oh Korma all ye faithful. Introducing the NEW Padrón Pakora Korma – crispy prune stuffed pakoras in a creamy korma curry, topped with toasted coconut and pomegranate. Turns out, curry is for life – not just for boxing day…
Finish off with a Chai Tiramisu, Layers of Desi tea rusk soaked in Bundo Chai and rum, and cardamom & fennel cream, topped with pistachios and a dusting of Chai Masala – made for 2 to share, but nobody’s counting… There’s a Christmas Kulfi and Chai-nog Lassi on the menu too – Bundo’s homage to a festive classic.
Thirsty? Enjoy a throwback with Bundo Snowball, a Sloe Gin Sour or Bundo Grasshopper, a collaboration with Oatly using their Vegan Whippable Oat. Sharing Cocktails Classics like the Bundo Negroni and Banana & Cardamom Old Fashioned, in a big bottle of pour-your-own to share between 4. Or try their Ginger Tom mocktail, made with refreshing Pathfinder Aperitif, cranberry, apple & ginger.
