Liquor Studio is thrilled to announce a revolutionary new masterclass that teaches the art of crafting delicious cocktails packed with depth and flavour, all without the alcohol. This unique experience promises all the fun and flavour of expertly crafted drinks, without the morning-after hangover!
What makes the masterclass unique?
This hands-on experience blends education, creativity, and enjoyment. Each attendee will have a bespoke bar station, ensuring a personal and immersive experience from start to finish. The session begins with a perfectly crafted alcohol-free welcome drink as everyone gets settled in. Participants will then learn how to create their own shrub cordial or syrup using fresh fruits, sweeteners and vinegars. Next, guided by expert instructors, guests will create three distinctive alcohol-free cocktails, including one shaken with their homemade syrup. Throughout the session, seasoned mixologists will provide invaluable tips and tricks to help attendees perfect their craft. Questions and experimentations are encouraged!

Key Details:
The session runs every Thursday for an hour and a half, from 7:00pm until 8:30pm, and takes place in the Liquor Studio on Lower Briggate. The price of the session is £34.95 per person.
