WHITE CLOTH HALL LAUNCHES MONTHLY SUPPER CLUB

16th March 2026

First Event features Lupton’s Chop House, Wednesday 1 April

White Cloth Hall, Leeds’ all-day food and drink hall, is launching a new monthly Supper Club, with the first event taking place on Wednesday 1st April. Each month one of the resident kitchens will showcase an aspect of their cuisine that falls outside the usual menu format – at a special one-off event.

The inaugural Supper Club partners with Lupton’s Chop House, the British grill and seafood kitchen. Drawing on his experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants across London and the South West, Head Chef Christian Burnell will serve up a six-course tasting menu. The menu will focus on bold, seasonal ingredients, and reimagined British dishes, with live-fire and fresh seafood influences.

This will be a one-night-only dining experience, with limited seats available to book in advance.

Wednesday 1 April 2026 | £65pp | Optional drinks pairings on the night | From 7pm

  • Supper Club will take place monthly, on the 1st Wednesday of the month
  • It will always feature a set menu, at a fixed price
  • Future events include the return of MorMor (May), and Venetian Italian dining from Morty’s (June).

Christian Burnell, Head Chef: “The inspiration for my menu comes from my experiences working in fresh seafood and live-fire restaurants. Expect dishes that balance creativity and comfort — with some of my favourite plates reimagined with a Lupton’s twist”.

Ed Mason, Co-owner: “At White Cloth Hall we are proud of our fantastic independent kitchens. Our new Supper Club will showcase our chefs and a different side to our menus – and is a fantastic addition to our regular events schedule.”

Make a booking: Via White Cloth Hall website, or bookings@whiteclothhall.co.uk.

  • Open Tuesday-Sunday, it features four kitchens, two bars and a large outdoor terrace on Crown Street, near Leeds Corn Exchange.
