Public Art Walk & Draw
Make the most out of Spring in Leeds and join us for a special walk and draw tour around campus.
Stretch your legs with a relaxed stroll around the University of Leeds. Discover the fantastic Public Art on campus – highlights include work by Yorkshire’s own Barbara Hepworth, and campus landmark, Keith Wilson’s ‘Sign for Art’ (the squiggles!)
As you walk round you will be guided through a series of quick and fun drawing activities inspired by the art you see. Never really drawn before? No worries, there will be plenty of handy tips to help you get started!
We will be on our feet in the open air for approximately 90 minutes, though it is fine if you need to leave early! If the weather is a little too drizzly we will revert to a standard Public Art Walk. Make sure you wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Please contact us in advance if your mobility is limited so we can plan the route accordingly.
