Untangled
Step into Untangled at Leeds Industrial Museum — where fibres, nature and history interweave.
A new exhibition from the International Felt Makers Association Region Ten, celebrating the connections between nature and industry.
Untangled transforms the museum’s historic mill spaces into a nature-inspired artwork, and then branches out to the Colour Garden and our newly opened grounds.
As you wander through the old woollen mill, echoes of industry meet the soft, tactile world of felt. Each piece invites you to explore the deep-rooted connections between nature, craft, and the machinery that once spun our city’s story.
You’ll find huge felt nests, fungi on our special trail and true craftmanship.
