In A City House
The house was built in the 1870s and has three floors with five beautiful bedrooms. Each one is to modern taste and with a nod to the history of the house. The basement has been converted to a stunning two bedroomed self contained flat. Eight people can stay in complete comfort. Gated secure parking at rear.
The rooms have been carefully designed to provide each visitor with the essentials of privacy and relaxation. There is central heating and all beds have linen provided. There are also two futons for the unexpected guest. The large communal kitchen provides the friendly centre of the house. It is fully equipped. The house works on three floors with downstairs toilet and another on the first landing in the shower room. There is also a luxurious bathroom. Towels provided. The basement flat is entirely self contained, with fabulous kitchen and bathroom. Caretaker lives next door. Cleaning service available. Late arrivals accepted. Easy access to city centre and motorways.
