Kick-start the Summer with New Street Food Vendors at Trinity Kitchen

Trinity Kitchen is welcoming new street food vendors to get the summer cooking up to a flying start. Burger and Lobster Brothers, Wanderer Junk Food, Jenny’s Jerk Chicken, The Luxury Diner and Thai Khrim will all arrive at Trinity Leeds, alongside Jah Jyot and Vincenzo the Prosecco Van which returns for another time.

Trinity Kitchen’s latest arrivals will take residency for seven weeks, from May 21st, providing Leeds shoppers with the very best of summer cuisine.

The Luxury Diner is serving up superior hot dogs, blinging burgers and fries with all the mouth-watering toppings. The vegan ‘B12 Burger’ is the only one of its kind in Leeds – Making its debut appearance, it includes a plant-based patty which simulates the juiciness and texture of its beef counterpart. Plant based or local, sustainable meat – you decide!

New to Trinity Kitchen is Burger and Lobster Brothers, offering something a little more luxurious for lunch. Made with the highest quality ingredients, its signature ‘Loaded Lobster’ includes a secret burger and lobster sauce, giving the dish the ultimate wow factor.

For all the vegans, Wanderer Junk Food is the perfect destination. Featuring cauffalo wings, Chilli Chease Dogs and burgers, their menu is dirty food with a clean conscience.

Jenny’s Jerk Chicken is returning to Trinity Kitchen, bringing the finest taste of the Caribbean to Leeds. Renowned for its unique jerk seasoning, BBQ chicken wraps, curried goat and other sizzling Caribbean cuisine, it will no doubt be a massive hit for shoppers.

Thai Khrim is also back by popular demand with fresh, hand-crafted Thai ice-cream served with a mountain of toppings, all handcrafted before your eyes.

Vincenzo the Prosecco Van is staying on at Trinity Kitchen, providing visitors with a refreshing glass of prosecco with a range of fruity flavour combinations.

Award-winning Jah Jyot will also be remaining at Trinity Kitchen, offering authentic, locally-sourced Punjabi street food inspired by the lively, bustling streets of northern India, serving everything from samosas and thali plates to their signature masala dosa.

Dan Wharton, Marketing Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “What better way to kick-start the summer than with a fantastic array of new street food vendors to whet your appetite. Alongside some old favourites who have seen phenomenal success, we are delighted to welcome The Luxury Diner, Wanderer Junk Food and Burger and Lobster Brothers to our unique venue and we are positive they will all be a big hit with customers.

With a concept that is completely unique to Trinity Leeds, Trinity Kitchen rotates several new food retailers every few weeks, offering visitors a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars and street food vans.

The new arrivals will be at Trinity Kitchen until 15th July, trading alongside permanent outlets Chicago Rib Shack, Chip + Fish, Duck ’n Roll, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla and Absurd Bird.
