Kick-start the Summer with New Street Food Vendors at Trinity Kitchen

Trinity Kitchen is welcoming new street food vendors to get the summer cooking up to a flying start. Burger and Lobster Brothers, Wanderer Junk Food, Jenny’s Jerk Chicken, The Luxury Diner and Thai Khrim will all arrive at Trinity Leeds, alongside Jah Jyot and Vincenzo the Prosecco Van which returns for another time.

Trinity Kitchen’s latest arrivals will take residency for seven weeks, from May 21st, providing Leeds shoppers with the very best of summer cuisine.

The Luxury Diner is serving up superior hot dogs, blinging burgers and fries with all the mouth-watering toppings. The vegan ‘B12 Burger’ is the only one of its kind in Leeds – Making its debut appearance, it includes a plant-based patty which simulates the juiciness and texture of its beef counterpart. Plant based or local, sustainable meat – you decide!
