PizzaLuxe
Pizzas made with deluxe ingredients. Yet not at deluxe prices. Fine flour. Fresh yeast. Slow-proving dough. Tomato sauce made in small batches. Toppings sources from small, artisan suppliers. A lot of attention and care. And time.
We started in Brick Lane in London. A place steeped in history. A place where time never stands still and yet the past is always there. A sense of place is important in life. And in food too.
Our pizzas are pretty thin. And a little smaller than some. But then a pizza is all about balance. The base as important as the top. At least we think so. We hope you do too!
