Ikebana workshop
Guided by artist Gillian Hui, this hands-on Ikebana workshop invites you to explore the elegance of minimalist, structural design as you create your own Japanese-style arrangement to take home.
Begin by watching Gillian’s expert demonstration, where she will introduce the principles of balance, line, and harmony that lie at the heart of Ikebana. Then, enjoy unhurried time to craft your own piece, supported by gentle guidance and creative inspiration.
All tools and materials are provided, allowing you to simply arrive, relax, and immerse yourself in the mindful practice of arranging flowers with intention and artistry. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned maker, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to slow down, connect with nature, and leave with something truly beautiful.
£75 including materials and general admission to Lotherton
