Pop-Up Poetry In The Park
Part of the Seasons of Culture Programme 2026 – Open Routes
An immersive creative project bringing together young people and adult to co-create and deliver a series of pop-up poetry and performance events across Leeds. Michelle Scally Clarke will work with the group to explore how we connect with nature.
Participants will travel together using public buses (day rider tickets), visiting accessible green and community spaces including Middleton Park, Roundhay Park, Kirkstall Abbey, the Leeds to Liverpool Canal, St Aidan’s Nature Reserve, and Temple Newsam. At each location, they will take part in creative workshops and host informal open mic
