Leeds Civic Hall
Leeds Civic Hall is a Grade II listed building located in Millennium Square in Leeds, built in off-white portland stone. If you look closely, you can see two 2.3 metres high gold-leaf covered owls on top of its twin towers, which are joined by four more owls on columns in Millennium Square.
It replaced Leeds Town Hall as an administrative centre in 1933. The Civic hall contains Leeds City Council offices and council chambers. Meetings of the full council are held in the Grand Council Chamber.
