Sarto is a bar and restaurant is a joint project between Laynes Espresso and The Brunswick, centred around fresh, handmade pasta. Born over a shared passion for pasta and dedication to an excellent experience, we are bringing something new to the city of Leeds.
The restaurant is located at the foot of Quarry Hill — right by the BBC buildings — in a beautiful former mill.
