Thai Edge Leeds
Thai Edge Restaurants are the very epitome of contemporary Oriental design where you will be welcomed Thai style to taste and enjoy exotic Thai cuisine in a relaxing modern environment designed to guarantee a truly memorable dining experience.
Allow the award winning chefs to treat you to an exemplary culinary evening. You’ll find our creations extraordinary whether you prefer subtle sophisticated flavours or preparations that are spicy hot.
Thai Edge is really a departure from the norm. Gone are the heavily themed, crimson shades and cluttered environments that are typically of oriental eateries. They are replaced by an approach that gives great emphasis to clean crisp lines, balance and intelligent use of space.
Thai cuisine is popular for its subtle blending of flavours, utilising herbs and roots such as lemongrass, basil, coriander, galangal, krachai, ginger, garlic and chillies.
Head chef Mit Jeensanthai (Taiman) brings with him the recipes and techniques, perfected through years of experience, that give Thai Edge its authentic taste of Thailand.
