The Black Horse
The Black Horse is a vibrant city centre pub located in the heart of Wakefield’s Civic Quarter and in the centre of the famous Westgate Run. Located just a stone’s throw away from Wakefield Westgate train station, it is the perfect place to meet before or after your journey. With plenty of seating space inside and out, it makes it perfect for big groups.
The Black horse has a wide range of Premium lagers, cocktails, gins, and spirits… oh and don’t forget its Cask Marque accredited real ales… there really is something for everybody!
The Black Horse also has Both BT and Sky Sports channels that show all the big fixtures through out the year, whether its football, Rugby League or Union, you’ll never miss a bit of the action as we have multi-screen options, meaning we can have up to three games on at a time… The only place in Wakefield for live sports.
