Midsummer Sound Journey / Sound Bath
Join us for 75 minutes of immersive sound, deep rest, and homemade herbal tea on ‘Holistic Therapy Day’.
Sound vibrations gently influence brain states and the nervous system, inviting deeper relaxation, inner clarity, and calm. Using Himalayan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, crystal pyramid, ambient electronic drones, hypnotic rhythm and voice we create a soothing live soundscape to help you slow down, soften, and connect within. Afterwards, we’ll serve herbal tea to help you gently ground and integrate your experience. A deeply nourishing afternoon for the body, mind, and soul. Many people report a lasting sense of calm afterwards:
“I left feeling incredibly relaxed and at peace.”
“A caring, compassionate and professional session… I felt very safe.”
If you’ve been feeling tired, overwhelmed, or too busy to pause, this is a beautiful chance to take the time you need.
