Reflective Walks
A chance to get some fresh air and fresh thoughts and a taster of Raja Yoga meditation – and to reflect in beautiful surroundings on the beautiful qualities we all have inside us. This event is organised by Brahma Kumaris in association with Kirkstall Abbey.
The walks themselves are free but normal Give What You Can admission applies to the Abbey. No booking is required but for large groups please email Kirkstall.Abbey@leeds.gov.uk to arrange a separate session.
