Free Introduction to Procreate Dreams Workshop ( digital animation)
Join us at Armley Community Hub and Library for an introduction to using Procreate Dreams to create simple digital animations.
This workshop will introduce the basic tools and features of the digital animation app and show how it can be used to make short animated sequences using drawings, images and text. Participants will learn simple techniques for building movement, working with layers and creating short visual stories.
The session is suitable for beginners and is designed to help people get started with digital animation in an accessible way.
Participants will have the opportunity to experiment with their own ideas and develop a short animation during the workshop.
Some of the work created may contribute to a digital arts trail planned for Armley in summer 2027, sharing local stories through digital media.
Suitable for adults (18+). Beginners welcome. Limited iPads will be available, but participants are welcome to bring their own device if they have one.
