Character Design for Teens – The Wonderful Workshop Weekender

This Summer Holiday, we are running a wide range of exciting creative workshops for all ages! The Wonderful Workshop Weekender coincides with our current Gallery exhibition, The Magic Show.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This session with artist & Pyramid facilitator Leigh Bowser will focus on character design, inspired by the work of Alexander Holt (Alexanderverse).
Alexander Holt is a prolific illustrator who creates characters inspired by animated film and TV. His character collections have been based on many themes, including fairy tales, pirates, superheroes and space.
During the workshop, you will learn how to invent a character, develop their personality and narrative and draw them using Alexander’s acrylic marker techniques.

This session is aimed at ages 12-18 and their caregivers.
All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all time. Caregivers are encouraged to book their own spot and take part in the workshop.

All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Henshaws & Pyramid to provide transport and payment to their facilitators and artists.
