Leeds Mindful Employer Network Conference 2026
Join us for the Leeds Mindful Employer Network Conference 2026 – a full-day, in‑person event for employers, leaders and practitioners focused on workplace wellbeing through uncertainty, instability and change.
Dive into the everyday challenges employers face across sectors and industries. Explore practical ways to protect and strengthen wellbeing at work amid uncertainty, instability and change.
The Leeds Mindful Employer Network conference theme has been shaped by real conversations with employers, leaders and practitioners navigating constant pressure, ongoing change and a landscape where certainty is increasingly rare.
Meet, learn and network with local employers to champion positive mental health at work.
The event is suitable for people with a responsibility for staff and their wellbeing, no matter where you and your organisation are in your mental wellbeing at work journey.
Panel discussions, workshops and talks will explore practical, real-world questions such as:
• How everyday behaviours, micro-habits and leadership practices shape wellbeing
• Supporting mental health when pressure doesn’t stop
• Leading people through organisational change
• Creating connection across remote and hybrid workforces
• Financial wellbeing, neurodiversity, menopause, addiction recovery and inclusion at work
• What the rise of AI means for wellbeing — now and what comes next
Delegates will also be treated to a variety of wellbeing activities and networking opportunities on the day.
Further details:
-Delicious lunch and refreshments provided
-Fully Accessible event – wheelchair friendly venue; hearing loops; gender friendly toilets; quiet space
-Register for the sessions of your choice
-Every delegate receives a practical workbook designed to support reflection, discussion and follow-through after the event.
