Maddy Yip ‘How To…’ Drawing Challenge
As part of our Story Explorers events programme, this fun event gets imaginations racing with the author, illustrator of the ‘Maddy Yip’ series, Sue Cheung. Children are encouraged to think of their own comic-strip ideas and get them down on paper, against the clock. Sue also does some on-the-spot doodling, so it’s a challenge for her too!
You can play your way around our Story Explorers family exhibition at Leeds Central Library until 30 May. Story Explorers is co-produced by the British Library and Leeds Libraries.
Saturday 21st March, 10.30am-11.30am – Chapel Allerton Library
Saturday 21st March, 1.30pm-2.30pm – Leeds Central Library
A free family friendly event recommended for children aged 6+. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
