Ghostbusters (12A)
Suitable for 8 and above
When New York is overrun by a swarm of mischievous, spine‑tingling spirits, four wisecracking paranormal investigators, armed with their trusty proton packs, step up to protect the city from things that go bump (and slime!) in the night.
With only a creaky old firehouse and a battered ambulance to their name, the Ghostbusters soon find themselves unlikely heroes as eerie disturbances spread across the city… all building toward a deliciously monstrous marshmallow threat that looms over New York’s very existence.
For this very special screening, we are teaming up with Yorkshire Ghost Tours, an award-winning tour company who produce weekly ghost and history walking tours around Otley, Skipton and Leeds city centre. Hobble the cobbles with your ghostly guide and uncover the history that lies on your very doorstep.
Join infamous Leeds Ghost and tour guide: Lord Bartholomew Catch. He desperately needs your help: he must warn all cinema-goers about Hyde Park Picture House’s haunted projector and sort the good movie ghosts from evil… So, if you fancy your hand at ghost-busting, now’s your time to shine!
