A new 4K restoration of a punk feminist teenage cult classic.
The media and disaffected teens mistake the acerbic rants of an obnoxious teenage punk rocker as a rallying cry for the women of America, launching her and her talentless group to national stardom.
A fun journey themed day long event visiting a variety of brilliant venues across the city! There’s three film screenings at three venues: Cottage Road, Hyde Park Picture House and Howard Assembly Room.

The theme this year is The Beat Goes On. All the films feature music, rhythm or performance in some form and will be shown consecutively, allowing cinemagoers to travel between each stop, make a detour or two and take part in a few extra activities along the way!
