High energy exercise that blends disco, rodeo and cardio moves to create a workout that feels like a party!
Get lost in the music, let your inhibitions go and come and join our weekly disco!!
Anyone and everyone is welcome, no experience necessary.
Alex & Meg, co-directors of DECODANCE, are both dance artists based in Leeds.
Weekly price – £8.50

What to wear/ bring – Fitness/ gym wear you feel comfortable to move in, water and a change of footwear you can dance in. No black soles or outdoor shoes please (to protect the sprung oak dance floor from damage).
