Leeds Comedy Pick N Mix – April
A bi-monthly night of improvised comedy courtesy of Leeds’ very own award-winning improvised sketch group, The Discount Comedy Checkout. All the characters, scenarios, and situations are created using your suggestions.
Each show features a hand-picked guest performer from the UK comedy circuit. This could be another quality improv group, a sketch act, character performer, musical comedian, or a good old-fashioned stand up.
The Discount Comedy Checkout has been entertaining comedy club and festival goers throughout the UK for over 12. Featuring Chris Lumb (BBC: Russell Howard’s Good News), Eddie French, Natalie Smeaton (ITV: Britain’s Got Talent), and Phil Allan-Smith (BBC: This is MY House).
Opening Act: Jim Burke
Scottish funny man with a lovable approach to comedy, Jim has recently been supporting ‘Phoenix Night’s’ star Justin Moorhouse on his nationwide tour shows.
