How do chefs perfect dishes or musicians find their sound? By getting things wrong first. Yet we’re still taught to see failure as a weakness, rather than one of life’s most powerful tools for growth.
Elizabeth Day will be talking vulnerability, resilience, and turning setbacks into catalysts for constructive change — whether in elite sport, business, relationships, or everyday life.
Drawing on personal experience and powerful insights, this transformative session will explore how embracing failure can instead build confidence, break self-limiting beliefs, and help us focus on what truly matters.
