New Year Soul Reset
Join us at Wellnest Kirkstall for our New Year Morning Retreat, designed to nourish your body and mind as we start the new year with intention.
The day will be filled with carefully curated activities, including:
Meditation & Breathwork: Open your heart to the new year through a guided meditation session and breathwork to set the tone for the year
Yin Yoga: A deeply restorative Yin Yoga session, accompanied by a healing sound bath to release tension and invite inner calm.
Vinyasa Flow: Flow through a dynamic Vinyasa practice to awaken your body, build strength, and create balance.
Journaling Session: Reflect and set mindful intentions for the year ahead during a guided journaling exercise.
Seasonal Snacks and Herbal Teas: Enjoy a nourishing, seasonal plant-based break, packed with vibrant flavours and wholesome ingredients.
Nidra: drift off with a soothing Nidra to end our morning and float home ready to head into 2026 with clarity and calm.
This day is a perfect opportunity to reset, reconnect, and enter 2026 with clarity and purpose. We can’t wait for you to join us!
