Rod Mason plays Rush Hour Jazz
They call him The Room Darkener but soulful swing, funk and bop saxist Rod Mason is a giant in more ways than the obvious.
Rod Mason is a vibrant and compelling performer who has appeared alongside many of the UK’s best known stars including Alan Skidmore, Pete King, Don Weller, Art Themen, Guy Barker, Gerard Presencer, Steve Waterman, Jim Mullen and Mark Nightingale. He has toured in Europe and featured at many of this country’s top festivals.
Great to welcome Rod back to Rush Hour Jazz. Always good to hear his mighty saxophone sounds, Jazz, funk, blues, the works!
