Easter at Temple Newsam
Lambs are a-leaping at Temple Newsam Home Farm over the Easter break, come and meet our Springtime Babies!
It’s our favourite time of year, with new born lambs, pigs, goats and cows to see, while the trees and flowers spring to life around the estate.
During the Easter school holidays there will be animal encounters on the Farm, with special events on offering including Pumpkin and wildflower planting in the Walled Garden, and for the early birds among you, come on a Dawn Chorus Walk around the estate.
Check out our children’s farm trail and learn about the lives and jobs of the people who lived and worked on the farm in years gone by. Which job would you have picked?
Farm admission includes a session in the Play Barn, our new indoor adventure play facility in the old Cow Byre; with two play zones, one for toddlers and one for children up to 12 years old, it’s perfect for families looking for fun whatever the weather. Under 3s free.
Make a day of it and book a joint ticket with Temple Newsam House.
