Lunchtime Recital: Eira Lynn Jones
Acclaimed harpist Eira Lynn Jones has travelled the world, performing in Reykjavik, Johannesburg, Athens, Copenhagen, Dublin and New York, and released several CDs.
A regular guest with the Hallé, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and BBC Philharmonic, she has performed at the London Proms and toured Japan, the USA and Europe. Her eclectic work includes recording with Black Dyke Brass Band and heavy metal band Venom.
As Head of Harp at the RNCM for nearly 30 years, she has built a vibrant harp community. Her recital will feature classical favourites, traditional melodies, and a beloved jazz standard.
