Summer Store Tours
Be amazed by our museum collection store with 1.3 million objects this summer!
Our purpose built museum storage and conservation facility holds toucans to telephones, meteorites and masks – there’s something for everyone to enjoy! Home to some of our oldest items, including a meteorite dating back 4.5 billion years, and contemporary objects, our store reflects Leeds today.
Whether you’re fascinated by local lore or ancient antiquities, butterflies or birds, ceramics or compelling social stories, there’s always something secreted in the store to spark your curiosity.
