Festival of Archaeology: Floral Tile Crafts
Celebrate the national Festival of Archaeology celebrations with floral tile crafts inspired by our collection.
Taking inspiration from our Archaeology collection, and to celebrate the national Festival of Archaeology’s theme of ‘archaeology and nature’, we’ll be creating airdry clay tiles and decorating them with patterns seen in our Ancient Greek objects.
We’ll also take a tour of our unique museum storage facility which preserves and protects Leeds Museums and Galleries collections of over 1.3 million objects.
Sensory quiet spaces available during the workshops – tour of the site also included in the workshops.
Give What You Can
This event is give what you can. We don’t want price to be a barrier to a great experience. Simply pick the price you can give when booking your place, and enjoy your visit.
