The Essence Of Audrey
Have you ever wondered what is behind the seemingly idyllic life of Audrey Hepburn? She was, and continues to be, an inspiration. A beautiful, modest actress, and ambassador for UNICEF. Audrey proved to be one of those rare people who truly deserved ‘fashion icon’ status, but what made her into the star we think we know?
In The Essence of Audrey, she shares her successes and failures, her triumphs and disappointments, confronting her anxieties and fears and finding the truth she’s never been able to voice before.
Glimpse behind the icon in this new biopic play written and performed by West End and Broadway star Helen Anker.
