Felt a Little Bird! A Needle-Felting Workshop with Penny
Join us for a calming and creative Needle Felting Workshop, where you’ll learn the art of felting and craft your very own felted bird to take home. Guided by the wonderfully talented Penny, this hands-on session is a lovely way to explore texture, colour and form while learning a new, tactile craft technique.
Penny is trained in Textile Design and has been a practising arts facilitator for many years. She believes that creativity enhances wellbeing and self-esteem, supports learning, and boosts communication and decision-making. Her work is inspired by the natural and man-made world, and she brings a playful curiosity to everything she makes—experimenting with colour, movement and texture through drawing, sketchbooks and felt-making. Expect a relaxed, encouraging workshop that leaves you feeling inspired and full of creative buzz.
All materials are provided, and you’ll head home with your felted bird and the confidence to continue experimenting with felting at home.
We can’t wait to welcome you!
