Moving Landscapes
Through the week we will explore Skinner Releasing Technique in the studio and outside, finding improved alignment, ease, articulation, and freedom of movement.
Poetic imagery, hands on partner work and movement explorations will encourage the releasing of old habits, allowing new possibilities to occur.
These ideas will be taken into three contrasting environments: the secluded forest of Timble, the vast, rocky landscape of Brimham Rocks and Otley Chevin with its dramatic views. Inside and outside are integrated, allowing new perception and creativity to emerge.
