Ask An Astronaut – Family Friendly Q&A With Meganne Christian – Leeds Storytelling Festival
Do you want to meet an astronaut? As part of our series of launch events for the Story Explorers exhibition, we are excited to welcome astronaut-in-training Meganne Christian to Leeds. Meganne is Reserve Astronaut and Commercial Exploration Lead at the UK Space Agency. We are very lucky to have her with us to answer questions about space, and what it’s like to train as an astronaut. Who knows, maybe one day you could be an astronaut too!
This event is co-produced by the young producers at Elliot Hudson College, with the British Library and Leeds Libraries.
A free family friendly event recommended for children aged 3 – 8 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
This is a Leeds Libraries event, to keep up to date with further events please follow us on social media @leedslibraries and sign up to Leeds Libraries Newsletter for Children and Families: bit.ly/FamilyLibraryNews
We are always happy to welcome you, find your closest library or get in touch: libraries.leeds.gov.uk
