Cuore Chamber Orchestra – Leeds Launch Concert
Hailed as an ensemble “set to take Yorkshire’s classical music world by quiet storm” Cuore Chamber Orchestra, Yorkshire’s new professional orchestra, make their Leeds debut at the Howard Assembly Room following a spectacular launch in Harrogate in 2025.
“As soon as the music started, I was lost in a trance; the passion, enthusiasm and soul of each musician was captivating” – Liana Jacobs, Yorkshire Post
Under the guidance of Artistic Director William Dutton, Cuore’s young, world-class musicians will present a stunning programme of works by Purcell, Parry and Dvorak as well as a national premiere performance of Elisabetta Brusa’s ‘Simply Largo’.
As part of celebrations marking 400 years of the City of Leeds, Cuore charity presents a joint fundraising evening in partnership with Leeds-based charity St Gemma’s Hospice.
