Gel Plate Printing & Mixed Media Collage (2 Day Course)
Explore expressive mark making using various gelli plate printing methods including stencils, and everyday recycled objects and packaging, as well as layering colour, texture and pattern.
On the second day you’ll discover playful ways to work your gelli prints into rich new collaged pieces. You’ll explore how to enhance your prints by simply cutting, layering and gluing them onto new surfaces. There are so many possibilities, from simple landscapes to botanical and abstract imagery. Even prints which didn’t go to plan can be repurposed in exciting ways.
