In Motion
Dance for wheelchair users
Let your creativity flourish and gain the confidence to move in new ways through our specialist wheelchair dance programme, In Motion.
Classes are designed to develop your strength, flexibility and creative expression through Northern Ballet’s unique training methods. Working in a supportive environment with our expert dance artists, you can explore movement either in or out of a wheelchair and be inspired to create your own movement.
Classes are suitable for wheelchair users of any ability (manual or powered) from age eight years to adult. Carers are welcome and are invited to join in the class.
Classes are on Sundays from 9.30 – 10.45am and 11.15am – 12.30pm.
Join us for a free taster session on Sunday 1 March, 9.30 – 11.30am.
