Leeds LGBT+ Angels Football Training Sessions
The Angels of Freedom and the Leeds United Foundation have joined forces to bring you free weekly football fitness classes! Here’s what you need to know:
• Everyone is invited to join, regardless of skill level or experience. If you’re over 18 and new to the game, fret not, as you’re more than welcome to come along.
• Led by LUFC supported coaches, these sessions are all about teamwork, getting fit, and having fun. There’s no competition, just a bunch of friendly folks working up a sweat on the pitch.
• No need to book in advance, just rock up on the day. But do make sure to wear comfy clothes that suit the weather, plus either trainers or football boots.
And, of course, don’t forget your water bottle to keep you hydrated throughout the session.
No booking required, just turn up on the day (but we advise checking our social media to confirm sessions are going ahead in adverse weather, or other local activity)
