Queer Yoga Talk with Mookaite Jasper
Celebrate the launch of Queer Yoga with this author talk about the roots of yoga and how to queer your yoga practice. You’ll come away with practical tips for developing a nourishing home yoga practice, an introduction to yoga philosophy, and suggestions for themed practices specific to the LGBTQIA+ community. This event does not include movement. Suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis.
