Roda de Choro & Samba
A “roda” is an inclusive music event where everyone is invited to enjoy the beauty of Brazilian music – choro, samba, forró, baião, pagode and more.
This is a jam-along, a party, a space to learn from others, have fun, celebrate our cultural diversity and the beauty of Latin American rhythms, melodies and harmonies.
Bring your instruments, sit at the table, jam along with us. Or simply enjoy, clap, dance or sign along. This is an accessible space where all are welcome to be part of the ensemble and make music together
This project is funded by Leeds City Council through the Leeds Cultural Investment Programme.
